Participant and company (herein referred to as "participant") who wishes to register for courses, training events, conferences, seminars or programs (herein referred to as "course') organized by Fusion Frontier is subjected to the following terms and conditions:

• Confirmation and Reservation
  Participant who has successfully enrolled for the course will have a seat reserved for him/her. However the seat is only confirmed if the payment is made. Fusion Frontier reserves the right to offer the seat reserved to other participant who has made the payment.
• Course Fee Promotion and Discount
  All promotion and applicable discount are subject to the following terms and conditions:
  • All discounts and promotions are applicable for participant who register for the course with the applicable schedule. Participant who postpone the course will not be entitled to the discount and promotional fee, unless otherwise stated in writing by Fusion Frontier;
  • All discounts and promotions are given under the discretion of Fusion Frontier. Fusion Frontier reserves the right to offer different higher or lower discount to participant as it deem fit. Fusion Frontier will not indemnify participant the difference in the event that the course fee paid by the participant is higher than other participant.
  • The terms and conditions attached to all discounts and promotions will precede over the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
• Course Withdrawal
  Participant who wishes to withdraw from the course must submit their official request in writing to Fusion Frontier, subject to the following refund policy.
  • Full refund will be given for official request received one month before the commencement of the course. An administrative fee of S$100/- will be charged;
  • 50% refund will be given for official request received at least fourteen (14) working days before commencement of the course;
  • 25% refund will be given for official request received less than fourteen (14) working days before commencement of the course;
  • No refund will be given for official request received less than five (05) working days before commencement of the course.
  • No refund will be given for participant who has previously deferred the course.

• Course Deferment
  Participant who wishes to defer the commencement date of the course must submit their official request in writing to Fusion Frontier, subject to the deferment policy.

  • No administrative charges for official request received at least fourteen (14) working days before commencement of the course;
  • An administrative fee equivalent to 25% of the course fee payable will be charged for official request received less than fourteen (14) working days before commencement of the course;
  • An administrative fee of $100/- will be charged for repeat deferment.
  • No deferment will be accepted for official request received less than five (05) working days before commencement of the course.
• Participant Replacement
  Should a participant is unable to attend the course; the company may send a replacement giving three (03) working days notice.
• Cancellation & Changes in Course Schedule
  Fusion Frontier reserves the right to cancel a course and/or make changes to the fee imposed, trainers, contents, dates, time and venue. In the event of such changes, participant will be notified through the contacts indicated in the registration. Fusion Frontier will not indemnify participant of any loss or costs incurred as a result of cancellation or changes in the course schedule.
• Late Registration Fee
  A late registration fee of S$100/- will be charged to participant/company who submit their registration less than one week before the course commence.
• Course Fee Payment
  Payment for course fee can be made either by cheque (payable to 'Fusion Frontier Pte Ltd) or via bank/telegraphic transfer. All payment must be made in full prior to course commencement unless otherwise stated. All overdue payment is subject to 2% interest charge per month or pro-rated according to the number of days overdue.
• Copyright and Intellectual Property
  The course materials, visual aids and the content of the course belongs to the respective owner and creator. Participant hereby agrees to indemnify the respective copyright and intellectual property owner if they are found to have infringed the copyight or intellectual property right of the course materials, visual aids and the content, undeservedly.
